Leaf-pattern facade panels
Retail park, La Valette-du-Var, France
A retail park near Toulon wanted its buildings, among them a large store and a restaurant, wrapped in a light, leaf-patterned metal skin. We laser-cut the panels from DX51D+Z steel, powder coated them, packed them flat on pallets with protective wrap and delivered them to France.

Support frames for Rockpanel cladding
The job called for a large series of identical frames for Rockpanel boards. We designed and calculated square-tube frames (480 × 500 mm, with base plates), welded them on our RoboArc_D robot with identical welds on every piece, and shipped them.

Made exactly to the customer’s drawing: bent steel brackets with threaded inserts, powder coated white and ready to mount.

Steel posts with base plate
We designed and calculated square-tube posts with welded base plates and pre-drilled fixing holes, coated them and delivered them protected on pallets.

Galvanized sheet elements with partial coating
Galvanized sheet elements (1601 × 712 × 72 mm) with fixing angles. Only the visible face, 0.2 m² per piece, needed colour, so only that zone was powder coated, in RAL 7016 matt.
