Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect on this website, why, and what rights you have. Last updated September 2026.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is DACHNAD, ul. Jana Pawła II, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Poland. For any data protection matter, write to kontakt@dachnad.pl.

Visiting the website

Each time you visit, our hosting provider’s server (small.pl, Poland) records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, the page visited and browser information. We do this to keep the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider and are not used to identify visitors.

Fonts are served from our own server, so no external font provider is contacted.

Contacting us

When you e-mail, call or message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, contact details, your enquiry and attachments) to reply and prepare a quotation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep it as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then for the period required by law or until legal claims are time-barred.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group). When you use it, that company’s privacy terms also apply; data may be transferred to the USA.

Cookies and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to manage scripts on the website. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies. Analytics and advertising tools that may use cookies are only activated after you give consent in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until then they run in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode) without setting cookies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage). Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

YouTube videos

Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player only loads after you click; Google Ireland Limited then receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies. The video preview image is loaded from YouTube servers, which also transmits your IP address.

Recipients

Data may be received by service providers who help us run the website and our business: the hosting provider, Google (Tag Manager, YouTube and tools activated with your consent), Meta (WhatsApp, if you use it) and IT and e-mail providers. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, or the authority in your country of residence.

Changes

We update this policy when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page.
